Progressive Artist Reception: Saturday, Sept. 28

Begins at the Georgetown Public Library – 2:00pm

Then HOP to the Georgetown Art Center – 3:15pm

Awards Ceremony – 3:45pm

 

The 2019 Art Hop exhibit is a statewide juried arts competition, organized by Georgetown Art Works, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the arts in the City of Georgetown, Texas.

The participating venues are the Georgetown Public Library and the Georgetown Art Center, in the historic district of Georgetown.

Competition Categories:

2D Abstract – Subject matter is abstract. Any 2D Medium: Painting, watercolor, encaustic, acrylic, oil, mixed Media, digital art, collage, gouache, ink, graphite, pastel, printmaking.

2D Representational – Subject matter is Representational. Any medium: Painting, watercolor, encaustic, acrylic, oil, mixed media, digital art, collage, gouache, ink, graphite, pastel, printmaking.

3D  – Ceramics, sculpture, 3D, assemblage

Photography – any photographic medium
